Given the need to improve regulations and precepts in the area of New Products and Services of the Mozambique Stock Exchange (BVM) , and in order to boost and give a new dynamic to the capital market, the BVM decided to annually award the different market participants capital based on annual performance and taking into account some currently relevant categories, an initiative called “BVM Awards”.

In these terms, under the provisions of paragraph d) of article 51 of the Securities Market Code, approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2009, of 24 July, the Mozambique Stock Exchange, determines:

1. The BVM Awards Regulation is approved, which establishes the principles and provisions governing the operation, organization and structuring of this initiative;
2. Regulation No. 02/GPCABVM/2019, of 12 September, is revoked.
3. This Service Order is effective immediately.
