The holders of CPC 2014 - II Series and the general public are informed that. According to the Technical File of Obligations CPC 2014 - II Series, the Savings and Credit Cooperative, S.C.R.L. will amortize the total amount of the principal amount in debt at the nominal value of MT 75.00 for each of the 1,000,000 bonds of CPC 2014 - Series II Bonds on October 29, 2018.

Thus, pursuant to Article 71 in conjunction with Article 79 (b) of the Securities Market Code, it is hereby advised that after this repayment the CPC 2014 - Series II Bonds will be excluded from listing on the Stock Exchange of Mozambique by extinction of the loan.
