Pursuant to paragraph b) of no. 1 of article 96 of the Securities Market Code, approved by Decree Law no. 4/2009 of 24 July , a public meeting was held on May 5, 2020, at 3 pm : 00H, at the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, a Special Stock Exchange Session aimed at calculating the results of the Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 - 2nd and 5th Series. The following proposals were submitted by the Operators Specialized in Treasury Bonds, namely:

- 1st Reopening OT 2020 - 2nd Series: Demand was MZN 1,694.00 million, with a demand-to-supply ratio of 338.80% and the respective interest rates were between 12.00% and 14.00% . According to the State's cut rate, the issue amount was MZN 500.00 million.
- 1st Reopening OT 2020 - 5th Series: Demand was MZN 1,100.00 million, with the demand and supply ratio being 220.00% and the respective interest rates were between 12.00% to 15.50% . According to the state's cut rate, the issue amount was MZN 400.00 million.
