Bayport 2020 Series II Bondholders and the general public are informed that , in accordance with the conditions of issue, Bayport Financial Services Mozambique (Mcb), SA will pay interest on the Second Coupon on March 30 2021, at the rate of 14.01%.

Please note that each of the 1,057,075 Bayport 2020 Series II Bonds, whose unit value is MZN 100.00, corresponds to a semiannual gross interest of MZN 7.005.
