The Mozambican State, in accordance with the Technical File of the Treasury Bonds 2019 - 4th Series , simultaneously with the payment of interest of the 6th and last coupon, will proceed on March 14, 2022, to amortize the totality of the outstanding principal, at the nominal value of 100.00 MZN for each one of the 13,726,667 bonds.

Therefore, pursuant to article 71 in conjunction with article 79 paragraph b) of the Securities Market Code, the Stock Exchange informs the market that the 13,726,667 securities representing the issue Treasury Bonds 2019 - 4th Series will be delisted due to the extinction of the loan.
