We hereby inform the holders of Mybucks Bank Mozambique 2021 Commercial Paper and the general public that , in accordance with the terms of issue, Mybucks Bank Mozambique, S.A., will pay the interest on the 2nd and last coupon of said bonds on June 30, 2022, at an interest rate of 18.90%.

It is also informed that each of the 2,500,000 Mybucks Bank Mozambique 2021 Commercial Paper bonds, whose unit nominal value is 100.00 MT, corresponds to a gross interest of 9.45 MT.

On this date the principal will also be repaid in full, in the amount of MZN 100.00 per security. After this reimbursement, the Mybucks Bank Mozambique 2021 Commercial Paper ceases to exist.
