On June 24, 2019, the Treasury Bond Specialized Operators (OEOT) made a direct subscription of an amount of 500,000,000.00 MZN, the fixed interest rate of 10.00%, with a nominal unit value of 100 Meticais, representing of the 4th Reopening of the OT 2019 - 8th Series.

Results

A Special Stock Exchange Session was held on June 24, 2019 to determine the results of the subscription of the Reopening of the Treasury Bonds 2019 - 8th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the global demand for the Issue was 650,000,000.00 MZN, with the demand and supply ratio being 130.00%, and the respective interest rates were between 15,000% and 16.00%. According to the cut-off rate of the State, the issue amount was 500.00 million MZN.
