Details

On October 20, took place a direct subscription by the Specialized Treasury Bond Operators (OEOT), for an amount of 3,400,000,000.00 MZN, at a fixed interest rate of 10.00% for the 1st and 2nd coupons, with the nominal value of 100.00 Meticais, representing the 1st Reopening of the Treasury Bonds 2020 - 10th Series.

Results

On 20 October 2020, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the subscription of the 1st Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 - 10th Series.

According to the proposals submitted by the Treasury Bond Specialist Operators, the overall demand for the Issue was MZN 5,468,000,000.00, with the demand-supply ratio at 160.823%, and the respective interest rates at between 9,500% and 11,500%. According to the state cut-off rate, the issuance amount was MZN 3,400.00 million.
