On 9 November, the direct subscription by Specialized Treasury Bond Operators (OEOT), for an amount of MZN 2.500.000.000,00, took place at an interest rate of 10.00%, with a unit face value of 100.00 Meticais, representing the 1st Treasury Bond Reopening 2020 - 6th Series.

Results

A Special Stock Exchange Session was held on the 9th of November, at 15:00, at the premises of the Stock Exchange of Mozambique, to determine the results of the 1st Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 - 6th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the global demand for the Issue was 4.090.000.000,00 MZN, with the demand-to-offer ratio being 163.6% and the minimum rate was 9,500% and the rate maximum was 13,500%. According to the State's cut rate, the issue amount was MZN 2.500.000.000,00.
