Details

On 22 December 2020 there was a direct subscription by Specialized Treasury Bond Operators (OEOT), for an amount of 2,600,000,000.00 MZN, with an interest rate of 10.000% for the 1st and 2nd coupons, with the value nominal unit of 100.00 MZN, representing the 2nd Treasury Bonds Reopening 2020 - 9th Series.

Results

A Special Stock Exchange Session was held on December 22, 2020, at 3:00 pm, at the premises of the Stock Exchange of Mozambique, to determine the results of the 2nd Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 - 9th Series.

In accordance with the proposals submitted by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the global demand for the Issue was 5,086,000,000.00 MZN with a demand-to-supply ratio of 195.62% with a minimum rate of 9.000% and a maximum of 10.500 %. According to the State's cut rate, the issue amount was 2,600,000,000.00 MZN.
