Details

On February 23, 2021, the direct subscription by OEOT (Specialized Treasury Bond Operators) of 1,700,000,000.00 MZN, the fixed interest rate of 13.000% for the 1st and 2nd coupon, with a nominal unit value of 100.00 Meticais, representative of the Treasury Bond 2021 - 2nd Serie.

Results

On 23 February 2021, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the subscription of the Treasury Bonds 2021 - 2nd Series.

According to the proposals submitted by the Treasury Bond Specialist Operators, the overall demand for the Issue was MZN 5,467,000,000.00, with the demand-supply ratio at 321.59%, and the respective interest rates at between 13.000% and 15.750%. According to the state cut-off rate, the issuance amount was MZN 1,700,000,000.00.
