On September 21, 2021, the direct subscription by Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds took place (OEOT's), of an amount of 4,209,000,000.00 MZN, the interest rate of 14,000% for the 1st and 2nd coupon, with the nominal value 100.00 MZN unit, representing the 2021 Treasury Bond Issue – 8th Series.

Results

On September 21, 2021, at 3:00 pm, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held at the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange of the results of the 2021 Issuance of Treasury Bonds – 8th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the global demand for the Issue was 2,298,000,000.00 MZN the demand and supply ratio was 54.60% with a minimum rate of 14,000% and a maximum rate of 16,000%. According to the state's cut rate, the issue amount was 2,058,000,000.00 MZN.
