On April 05, 2022 took place the direct subscription by the Specialized Treasury Bond Operators (OEOT's), of an amount of 4,000,000,000.00 MZN, at an interest rate of 14.250% for the 1st and 2nd coupon, with a nominal value of 100.00 MZN 100.00 MZN, representing the Treasury Bonds Issue 2022 - 4th Series.

Results

A Special Stock Exchange Session was held on April 05, 2022, at 15:00 hours, at the Mozambique Stock Exchange, for the purpose of calculating the results of the Treasury Bond Issue 2022 - 4th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Treasury Bond Dealers, the global demand for the Issue was of 1,291,000,000.00 MZN with the demand and supply ratio being 32.28% with a minimum rate of 14,250% and a maximum rate of 19,500%. According to the State's cut rate, the value of the issue was 1,091,000,000.00 MZN
