Details

The direct subscription by the Specialized Treasury Bond Operators (OEOT's), of an amount of 2.850.000.000,00 MZN, at a fixed interest rate of 17.000% with a unit nominal value of 100.00MZN, representing the 1st Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2022 - 6th Series, took place on June 21, 2022.

Results

A Special Stock Exchange Session was held on 21st June 2022, at 17:00 hours, at the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, to determine the results of the 1st Reopening of of the 1st Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2022 - 6th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Treasury Bond Dealers, the global demand for the Issue was 3,097,000,000.00 MZN with the demand and supply ratio being 108.67% with a minimum rate of 17.250% and a maximum rate of 20.750%. According to the State's cut rate, the value of the issue was 1.200.000.000,00 MZN.
