Details

On 23 August 2022, the direct subscription by Specialized Treasury Bond Operators took place (OEOT's), for an amount of 2,656,000,000.00 MZN, at a fixed interest rate of 17.750% with a nominal unit value of 100.00 MZN, representing the 1st Reopening Treasury Bonds 2022 – 7th Series.

Results

On August 23, 2022, at 3:00 pm, at the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the 1st Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2022 – 7th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Treasury Bond Operators, the global demand for the Issue was 4,680,000,000.00 MZN the demand and supply ratio was 176.20% with a minimum rate of 18.250% and a maximum rate of 21.625%. According to the State's cut rate, the issuance value was 2,656,000,000.00 MZN.
