Pursuant to paragraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 96 of the Portuguese Securities Market Code , approved by Decree Law No. 4/2009 of 24 July, it is made public that on 24 August 2021, at 3:00 pm, at the Mozambican Stock Exchange, aimed at calculating the results of the 2nd Reopening of 2021 Treasury Bonds – 6th Series.


According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the global demand for the Issuance was 404,000,000.00 MZN having the demand-supply ratio was 49.75% with a minimum rate of 15.500% and a maximum rate of 15.500%. According to the state's cut rate, the issue amount was of 404,000,000.00 MZN
