Under the terms of paragraph b) of no. 1 of article 96 of the Securities Market Code , approved by Decree Law no. 4/2009 of 24 July, a public hearing was held on May 10, 2022, at 15:00 hours, on the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, to ascertain the results of the Treasury Bonds Issue 2022 - 5th Series.

According to the bids presented by the Specialized Treasury Bond Dealers, the global demand for the Issue was of 4,820,000,000.00 MZN with the demand and supply ratio being 120.50% with a minimum rate of 17.000% and maximum of 20.000%. According to the State's cut rate, the value of the issue was 2.025.000.000,00 MZN.
