Under the terms of paragraph b) of no. 1 of article 96 of the Securities Market Code , approved by Decree Law no. 4/2009 of 24 July, a public meeting was held on March 24, 2020, at 3 pm : 00H, at the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, a Special Stock Exchange Session aimed at calculating the results of the Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 -1st and 4th Series. The following proposals were submitted by the Operators Specialized in Treasury Bonds, namely:

- 1st Reopening OT 2020 –1st Series: Demand was MZN 800,000,000.00, with the demand and supply ratio being 160.00% and the respective interest rates were between 12.00% and 12.50%. According to the state's cut rate, the issue amount was MZN 500.00 million.
- 1st OT 2020 Reopening - 4th Series: The demand was 91,000,000.00 MZM, with the demand-to-supply ratio being 100.00% and the respective interest rates were 12.00%. According to the state's cut rate, the issue amount was MZN 91.00 million.
