On March 30, 2020, BVM admitted to listing on the Third Stock Market the company REVIMO - Rede Viária de Moçambique, SA. For the totality of its share capital of 660 million MT, represented by 66,000 common, registered and book-entry shares, having each of the shares the nominal value of 10.000,00 MT.

REVIMO has its headquarters in Maputo, and the main activity of the company focuses on construction, conservation and operation, under toll, road and bridge systems and their related infrastructure, built or to be built. The company intends to assume itself as a Mozambican company of excellence in road concession and leader in road concessions in the country, as well as being a reference in concession management in the country and southern Africa.

The company has the management and commercial exploitation rights of approximately 550 km of road concession on the Beira-Machipanda, Grande Circular de Maputo roads, Maputo-Katembe bridge and respective connecting roads, giving it the potential to be the market leader in road concessions in Mozambique.

It should be noted that BVM launched in November last year the Third Market, which is an alternative stock market to the Official Listed Market (MCO) and the Second Market (SME), for all those companies wishing to enter the Stock Exchange, have at the moment of admission to listing all the requirements required for the MCO or the SME.

In this new stock market - the Third Market - companies have a period of 2 years to prepare for their entry into the Official Listed Market or the Second Market, with the support of BVM, IGEPE (Instituto de Gestão de Participações) State), IPEME (Institute for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises), CTA (Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique), OCAM (Order of Accountants and Auditors of Mozambique) and ISCAM (Higher Institute of Accounting and Auditing Mozambique).
