On May 26, within the Financial Education Program framework, BVM gave a lecture to the students of the third year of the Management and Finance and Accounting and Auditing courses of the Higher Institute of Transport and Communications (ISUTC).
Of the various issues discussed during the lecture, the most important issue was the topic on Financial Market, which stressed the role of the Stock Exchange in the Mozambican economy and the challenges lying ahead.
The lecture was led by Hatija Khan, Head of the BVM Operations Department, with the participation of other staff from the same institution, before an audience comprised by 50 students and the lecturers of the Financial Market subject.
At the end of the lecture on the role of the stock exchange in the economy, the various forms of business financing, and the investment opportunities for companies and investors, students expressed their satisfaction at BVM's adherence to the initiative proposed by ISUTC, which has opened a new perspective on how to maximize the potential of companies, where the students who attended the lecture are expected to work as future technicians and managers.
