Approved by Regulation no. 42021, of 25 November, Third Market on the Mozambique Stock Exchange, at the time of their acceptance to listing, do not meet all the requirements for admission to listing on the Stock Market Article 60 of the VM.



Of years that, as entities with shares, admit listing on the Third Market, they are obliged to announce compliance, within a time horizon, which cannot exceed 2 (two).
