New limits on the variation of quotations of Securities quoted on the Mozambique Stock Exchange (BVM) were implemented.

This implementation results from a specific amendment to article 11, paragraph 1, of Regulation no. 04 / GPCABVM / 2014, of 17 October, regarding the Stock Exchange, Trading and Trading Sessions, amending paragraphs 3 (b) and (c) and ) of number 8, both of “Appendix A”, which was the subject of consideration and approval by the BVM Board of Directors.

This revision of the limits of variation aims to increase the trading of securities in the stock market, allowing the incorporation of the various conjuncture variables of impact on the capital market.
