Holders of First Capital Bank Commercial Paper 2024 - Series I and the general public are hereby informed that, in accordance with the terms of issue, First Capital Bank Moçambique, S.A. will in accordance with the terms of issue, First Capital Bank Moçambique , S.A. will pay the interest on the first and last First Capital Bank Moçambique , S.A. will pay the interest on the first and last Coupon of the aforementioned securities on October 15, 2024, at the rate of 14.00%.

We further inform you that each of the 500,000 First Capital Bank 2024 - Series I Commercial Paper, whose nominal value is unit is MZN 1,000.00, corresponds to a gross interest of MZN 70.00 per semester. We also inform you that, at the same time as the payment of the 1st and last coupon, First Capital Bank will on October 15, 2024, the repayment of the entire outstanding capital, at a nominal value of MZN 1,000.00 for each of the 500,000 bonds.

Therefore, under the terms of article 71 in conjunction with article 79(b) of the Securities Market Code, the Securities Market Code, the Mozambique Stock Exchange informs the market that 500,000 securities will be delisted representing the First Capital Bank 2024 - Series I Commercial Paper issue will be excluded from listing, due to the extinction of the loan.
