On December 29, 2023, the Mozambique Stock Exchange (BVM) admitted three more companies to its Third Market, namely Zaya Group, S.A, Trassus S.A and RGS AGRO S.A. 

Zaya Group, S.A.'s main business is company management, business and management consultancy, general commerce and the provision of services. Based in Maputo, this company also operates in the agro-industry sector, with particular emphasis on the production and sale of processed chicken and its derivatives.
It should be noted that BVM admitted 2,000,000 (two million) shares of Zaya Group, S.A. to its Third Market, representing 100% of the company's share capital, corresponding to 2,000,000 (two million) ordinary, registered and book-entry shares, with a nominal unit value of MZN 1.00 (one Metical) each.

As for Trassus, S.A, it should be noted that the company is dedicated to the general wholesale and retail trade of furniture, including its import and export, as well as providing services in various areas. It also has its head office in Maputo.

The total amount of Trassus, S.A.'s admitted securities is 2,000,000.00 MT (two million Meticais), representing 100% of the company's share capital, corresponding to 20,000 (twenty thousand) ordinary, registered and book-entry shares, with a nominal value of 100.00 MT (one hundred Meticais) each.
RGS AGRO, S.A. is a company whose object is to invest in the agro-industry of sugar manufacturing, sugar and derivative products refining, ethanol and fertilizer production and distribution of sugar, energy and derivative products and the like, with its head office in the city of Maputo.

The total amount of admitted securities of RGS AGRO, S.A. is 5,000,000 (Five million Meticais) representing 100% of the company's share capital, corresponding to 5,000,000 (five million) ordinary, registered and book-entry shares with a nominal value of 1.00 MT (one Metical) each.
With the listing of these three companies, the Third Market now includes seven companies, namely REVIMO, S.A., 2 Bussiness, S.A., Paytech, S.A., Mozambique Weiyue Internacional (MWIH), Zaya Group, S.A, Trassus, S.A and RGS AGRO, S.A.

It should be noted that in November 2019, BVM launched the Third Stock Market, which is an alternative stock market to the Market for Official Quotations (MCO) and the Second Market (SME), which since 2020 has hosted seven of the eight companies listed on BVM, proving that it is a stock market calibrated for most Mozambican companies, which are SMEs. BVM S.A currently has 16 listed companies.
